Jenny Shtipelman is a financial advisor at Pinnacle Financial Partners, where she brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial and industrial banking, leadership and business development. Before joining Pinnacle, Shtipelman served as executive vice president and market executive at National Capital Bank of Washington where she led strategic growth initiatives and helped expand the bank’s market share across Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. Her background also includes leadership roles at EagleBank and experience as president and CEO of Better Bank Coach, LLC where she advised organizations on building strong financial foundations and sustainable lending practices. Shtipelman holds extensive experience in commercial lending, government contracting, nonprofit financing and real estate. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing at George Washington University and a financial management certificate from Cornell. She is also an active member of Leadership Greater Washington and CADRE DC LLC.
